GE Aerospace is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Sr Staff Data Fabric Architect to lead the design and implementation of data fabric solutions focused on enhancing customer experiences. This role involves shaping the future of our data architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for critical customer-facing applications and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in data architecture or 8+ with associate or 10 years with HS.
• 5+ years in data architecture; military experience counts.
• Experience designing data fabric using Denodo, Tibco, Collibra, Alation.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize data fabric architecture strategy and roadmap for CSCX.
• Collaborate with product mgmt, leads, and stakeholders to translate data needs.
• Develop and enforce data architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines.
• Drive integration of on-premise, cloud, third-party data into unified fabric.
• Provide leadership to data engineers, architects, and dev teams on data fabric concepts.
• Identify and mitigate data risks including security and privacy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data fabric.
• Document data fabric architectures and processes for knowledge sharing.
