Job summary

JumpCloud is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our EDA, ESE and Machine Learning development team in India. You will build features, drive architecture, define best practices and enable product quality.

You are required to guide the engineering teams reporting to you to make things happen and excel. You will have influence over engineering practices in addition to product strategy and execution, leveraging AI tools to maximize team potential and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in applied ML with people management experience and production MLOps
• Experience leading 8+ team members including performance management
• Proven ability to work with Salesforce, NetSuite, dbt, Fivetran, Snowflake, Databricks

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide engineering teams across EDA, ESE and ML functions
• Build end-to-end data pipelines for CRM/ERP integration and analytics
• Partner with Finance, Sales and Operations on unified reporting across systems
• Enforce best practices for analytics, testing, version control, and modular data modeling
• Provide executive-level metrics and trusted data models to C-suite
• Hire, onboard, and mentor a growing, diverse team
• Collaborate with product, security, and other teams to deliver reliable ML-enabled features
