JumpCloud is seeking a senior design leader to define the platform experience across admin and end-user interfaces, AI-assisted and headless workflows. You will partner with Product and Engineering to raise craft, improve usability, and set a multi‑year vision for security‑critical IT management experiences.

You will grow distributed design teams, drive AI-enabled design practice, and establish standards and governance for design systems at scale, while collaborating with executives to deliver

Formación

• 10+ years in product design, including 4+ years leading design managers and multi-disciplinary teams in B2B SaaS.
• Experience shaping AI-powered or agent-driven product experiences, with a point of view on where they are heading.
• Hands-on building and prototyping in code with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor, plus advanced Figma fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Set the multi-year experience vision for the platform across admin, end-user, AI-assisted and headless workflows.
• Own core workflows with partners to ensure consistent, intuitive, self-service experiences.
• Lead adoption, onboarding and measurement, aligning design outcomes with adoption and NPS targets.
