Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a senior design leader to define the platform’s experience vision, spanning admin consoles, end-user interfaces, and AI-assisted workflows. You will partner with Product and Engineering to raise the product’s craft, speed, and safety, while guiding a growing, globally distributed design team.

You will champion outcomes, shape the design system, and drive measurable improvements in adoption, task success, and overall user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design with leadership of design managers.
• Proven AI/design tooling experience in SaaS products.
• Experience shaping complex, security-critical products.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year experience vision for the platform, in partnership with product.
• Lead end-to-end workflows with product and engineering partners.
• Ensure trust and security in every flow, including access controls and policy design.
• Drive adoption and onboarding with in-product guidance and measured outcomes.
• Measure user satisfaction and translate insights into design strategy.
• Build and scale a distributed design team across locations and time zones.
