Job summary

TradeStation Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead a remote team of data engineers.

You will oversee scalable data infrastructure on Databricks, ensure secure data handling, and collaborate with product and business management to align data initiatives with strategic goals. You will mentor engineers, design pipelines, optimize costs, and drive the data roadmap in partnership with business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of technology industry experience, including prior people-management experience.
• Expertise in Databricks and its ecosystem, including Delta Lake and MLflow.
• Strong knowledge of data governance practices and data protection management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled data engineers to deliver high-quality work
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines on Databricks, optimizing infrastructure for performance and cost
