Enlyte is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in the Casualty Analytics Group to design and build the data infrastructure powering our analytics and decision-making. You’ll join a growing team, set architectural direction for data pipelines, and define standards to scale with the business.

You will own production pipelines using Snowflake and dbt, work with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL and Salesforce, mentor team members, and champion governance, testing, and CI/CD practices to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 6+ years building data infrastructure and pipelines in production cloud environments.
• Expert-level SQL performance tuning and window functions.
• Strong Python for data pipeline development and automation.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and modern data stack tools.
• Experience with AWS data workloads and CI/CD for data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production data pipelines using Snowflake and dbt from multiple sources.
• Design core data architecture patterns and standards for scalable pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value data integrations.
• Enforce engineering standards via documentation and reviews.
• Recommend frameworks balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability.
• Mentor and lead team members as the department grows.
• Lead proofs-of-concepts and MVPs to secure buy-in for larger data initiatives.
