Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines powering analytics and decision-making across our casualty analytics group. You will integrate data from multiple source systems into a Snowflake data warehouse, ensure data quality and reliability, and prepare scalable pipelines for evolving analytics needs.

You will work with a growing engineering team, implement robust data models, and contribute to governance, monitoring, and documentation to support advanced analytics

Qualifications

• 3-5 years building data pipelines in production cloud environments.
• Strong SQL skills with performance tuning and window functions.
• Python for data pipelines and automation.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and data ingestion/orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with OLTP/OLAP and AWS data workloads.
• CI/CD and version control practices (Git, PRs, automated tests).
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production data pipelines using Snowflake and dbt.
• Create data models and transformations per architectural standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to define data requirements.
• Document pipelines, data models, and engineering processes.
• Support data governance, quality, testing, and monitoring.
