Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience building data pipelines in production cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including performance tuning and window functions.
• Working knowledge of Python for data pipeline development and automation.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, data ingestion tools, orchestration tools, and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production data pipelines to integrate data from sources into Snowflake data warehouse.
• Develop data models and transformations following architecture patterns and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to understand data requirements.
• Write and maintain documentation for pipelines and data models.
• Contribute to data governance, testing, monitoring, and alerting.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain pipeline quality.
• Build proofs-of-concept and MVPs for larger data initiatives.
