indigoChart Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate data pipelines for global clients in a remote-capable setup.

You will own end-to-end data flows, work across ingestion, transformation, and delivery, and ensure robust, scalable analytics capabilities in production. A strong background in Python, SQL, dbt, and modern data platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or similar with data pipelines.
• Strong Python production-grade coding practices.
• Advanced SQL skills with performance tuning.
• Hands-on dbt development and testing.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable platforms.
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Git and basic CI/CD for pipelines.
• Experience translating business needs into data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end data pipelines across Snowflake or Databricks.
• Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading using Python, SQL, and dbt.
• Operate production pipelines on major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Support orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect) for reliable scheduling.
• Provide technical ownership and propose optimal data solutions across stacks.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and robust data integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and fellow engineers to deliver production-ready pipelines.
