Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator for 1st shift with travel in the Kansas City area. You will analyze data center workflows, develop plans to improve uptime and reduce cost, and support the strategic direction for core enablement functions within the company.

You’ll build dashboards and tools to streamline the RFP process, manage SOWs and budgets, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to meet deployment and commercial goals while keeping stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Project management experience and knowledge of high-density server/rack vertical is desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hyperscale data center projects, manage RFP reporting, and track active projects and bids in Asana.
• Develop and review cost analyses, budgets, and stand‑ardized SOW inputs.
• Build dashboards and tools to streamline RFPs and data center workflows.
• Lead postmortems for RFPs/bids and monitor year-over-year performance versus bids.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to achieve deployment and commercial goals.
