Job summary

Infoverity, a 100% employee‑owned company, seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and deliver enterprise data platform solutions. This role leads lakehouse initiatives on Databricks and Snowflake, with real-time data via Kafka, and strong integration across ops, apps, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platform solutions.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
• Knowledge of modern data platform and lakehouse concepts for flexible analytics.
• Proficiency in data integration patterns, API design, and system interoperability.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and publish/subscribe messaging (Kafka).
• Experience with data quality and governance frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand goals and requirements; run workshops and PoCs.
• Develop solution roadmaps, project plans, and guide engineering teams.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, ROI/TCO analysis for stakeholders up to C-level.
• Create data architecture unifying enterprise data across systems and platforms.
• Design scalable lakehouse solutions integrating cloud, on-prem, and SaaS.
• Architect real-time data distribution via Kafka and streaming pipelines.
• Deliver ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestrations for batch, API, and streaming data.
• Produce technical documentation: architecture diagrams, blueprints, integration patterns, and TCO models.
• Mentor junior architects, consultants, and engineers.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance in cloud architectures.
