Atlas Oncology Partners is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Clinical Operations, to advance analytics across care teams using multi-source data, including EMR and call-center data. Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 base, 10-15% bonus

Atlas has invested in a robust operations data infrastructure, and we’re looking for someone who can build on that foundation to accelerate automation and speed-to-insight across our analytics workflows. The Senior Data Analyst, Clinical Operations will be a strategic analytics partner to clinical operations leadership, bringing together data from multiple platforms — including call center data, outcomes reporting, and our integrated Snowflake data warehouse that houses EMR data— to understand productivity and performance drivers across care teams. This role owns the full lifecycle of operational reporting: pulling and reconciling data across sources, reviewing it for accuracy and consistency, building and maintaining dashboards, and generating insights that practice administrators and leadership can act on.
