Job summary

Atlas Oncology Partners is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Clinical Operations, to advance analytics across care teams using multi-source data, including EMR and call-center data. You will own the lifecycle of operational reporting, build dashboards, and generate insights for practice administrators and leadership.

The role emphasizes data integration, automation, and strategic analytics, reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare data analysis with strong SQL proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with EHR-sourced operational data and call center/IVR data in healthcare or practice-operations settings.
• Ability to combine and QC data from multiple systems and build reliable, maintainable dashboards.
• Ability to translate organizational goals into meaningful, trackable metrics for leadership.
• Experience automating data and reporting processes using Power Query, SQL, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot to support day-to-day analytics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pull, reconcile, and unify data from multiple platforms into analyses to support care teams.
• Build and maintain datasets and dashboards to track care team productivity and call center/workflow metrics.
• Identify drivers of performance variation and deliver actionable insights to leadership and clinic operators.
• Gather requirements from clinical operations and translate into specific analyses and reports.
• Automate recurring analyses and scale reporting across the organization.
