American AgCredit is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to manage a designated dairy loan portfolio, analyze loan applications, and develop credit packages. The role supports the Relationship Manager in gathering necessary data and making credit decisions, serving as a secondary contact for customers.

The position involves independent credit recommendations within delegated authority, with potential involvement in loan committee discussions. Full-time remote work is offered; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in agribusiness, business administration, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible banking or agricultural lending experience.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations, association, and Farm Credit System policies.

Responsabilités

• Assist Relationship Manager in gathering information to make credit decisions.
• Develop credit packages and loan servicing actions.
• Review and analyze credit information for need of further investigation.
• Coordinate with attorneys and title companies on loan closings as needed.
• Monitor portfolio to ensure compliance with loan terms and identify servicing needs.
• Participate in loan committee meetings as required.
