Job summary

R2 Global is seeking a Senior Presales Architect focused on Dynamics 365 Project Operations. You will sit between Sales, Solution Architecture and Delivery, translating customer requirements into credible, commercially viable Dynamics 365 solutions.

The role involves discovery, shaping solutions, supporting demonstrations, and helping develop proposals and Statements of Work. The position emphasizes leading customer conversations, working with senior stakeholders, and driving RFS/RFI responses

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Experience in presales, solution architecture or consulting.
• Ability to work with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of project-based business processes.

Responsibilities

• Join discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Design D365 Project Operations solutions around customer needs.
• Lead or support D365 demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Produce high-level designs and Statements of Work.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery throughout the sales cycle.
• Explain technical value to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify integration requirements, risks and dependencies.
• Bridge presales to project delivery.
