Job summary

Motorola Solutions, headquartered in the United States, seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead advanced security assessments and guide clients through FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF requirements in a remote delivery setting.

You will mentor teams, perform vulnerability management using Nessus/ACAS, and contribute to secure cloud architectures while communicating complex risks clearly to stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Security engineering knowledge to evaluate secure architectures, authentication, and cryptography.
• Mastery of FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST RMF, and cloud security frameworks.
• Proficiency with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus/ACAS) and remediation processes.
• Industry certifications: CISSP or CISA or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication for technical guidance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform security assessments for FISMA, NIST RMF, and FedRAMP compliance.
• Guide cross-functional teams and produce clear assessment reports and attestations.
• Mentor team members and advise on secure cloud architecture and risk mitigation.
