Job summary

Optiv's Senior Cybersecurity Advisor role is remote and can be hired anywhere in the United States. You will serve as a trusted partner to clients, combining security expertise with business acumen to design pragmatic identity and access management solutions.

You will lead engagements across Identity Governance, MFA/SSO, PAM, and Identity Orchestration, collaborating with partner ecosystems and helping drive sales opportunities while ensuring security programs align with client goals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent and applicable work experience.
• Minimum of eight years in an information security role, preferably as a consulting advisor, architect, or engineer focused on Identity Governance, Digital Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the Identity Field Center of Excellence to deliver value to clients by aligning Optiv services with partner solutions.
• Develop advanced knowledge of clients' security environments and risks to map Optiv solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across clients and drive scope and proposals to closure.
• Articulate how Optiv portfolio meets client stakeholders' security needs at senior leadership level.
• Drive services and technologies revenue to meet quarterly/annual quotas with account teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide thought leadership and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with service delivery to ensure consistent approach and materials.
• Develop security strategy and roadmaps with client executives and budget alignment.
• Maintain advisory relationships with key stakeholders and share feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in account planning, forecasting, and proposal processes.
