Job summary

OnHires is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own performance creative strategy and script development, focusing on Meta advertising. This is a personally-executed role, collaborating daily with founders and production teams to move ideas from concept to tested assets.

You will analyze trends, craft new angles, and write scripts yourself, guiding the production and iterative testing process in a small, execution-focused team.

Qualifications

• Strong, personal, hands-on experience writing advertising scripts.
• Portfolio showing personal contribution, especially scripts you wrote yourself.
• Experience with B2C mobile subscription products and performance marketing.
• Professional working English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze competitor advertising, market trends, and performance of existing creatives.
• Develop new creative angles, hooks, narratives, and testing hypotheses for Meta campaigns.
• Write persuasive direct-response scripts from concept through production brief.
• Turn creative ideas into briefs for video producers and motion designers.
• Guide creative production and ensure final assets match the concept and message.
• Monitor creative performance and translate results into next testing cycle.
• Connect messaging with funnels, landing experiences, and paywalls.
• Help build a repeatable creative workflow and assist hiring as the function grows.
