Grasshopper Bank, a remote-first digital bank, seeks a Senior CRA Analyst to own data collection, validation, and reporting for CRA programs. You’ll develop dashboards, track performance against strategic CRA goals, and coordinate with underwriting, SBA lending, and treasury to ensure accurate documentation of loans and investments.

You will stay current on CRA regulatory changes, support the formal CRA Strategic Plan, and work across teams to ensure audit-ready data and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CRA compliance or data analysis experience
• Advanced skills with large datasets, geocoding tools, and reporting software
• Strong understanding of CRA and regulatory modernization changes
• Experience leveraging AI to document community development activities
• Familiarity with SBA loan structures (7(a) and 504) and commercial loan systems
• Proven ability to manage data compliance projects with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, public policy, or related field; CRCM a plus

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end data collection, geocoding, and validation for CRA programs
• Review and document qualified CD loans, investments, and service activities
• Maintain CRA Public File and compile annual small business loan registers
• Track qualified donations, sponsorships, and volunteer service hours
• Compile historical performance data and baseline metrics for the CRA plan
• Build dashboards to monitor progress against CRA targets
• Monitor evolving CRA regulations and advise on process updates
• Prepare data files for audits and OCC examinations
