Job summary

ERMCO is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development to lead market research, strategic planning, and M&A activity. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, HR, Legal and leadership to gather inputs and drive decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel modeling, strong PowerPoint skills, and experience building executive-ready analyses and presentations for senior leaders. Remote within specified US states with relocation support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
5+ years in Corporate Strategy or Strategic Planning with executive-level presentations.
5+ years data analysis in Microsoft Excel using various functions.
3+ years in M&A with DCF valuation modeling and due diligence support.

Responsibilities

Conduct market, customer, competitor, regulatory, and industry research to identify opportunities and risks.
Develop executive-ready insights and presentations for M&A, strategy, and investment theses.
Support the development and refinement of the company's M&A strategy and acquisition pipeline.
Lead DCF financial modeling for valuation of targets, LBOs, JVs and partnerships, including scenario analyses.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle and support post-merger integration planning.
