Job summary

Interra Health is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to empower our commercial teams with strategic legal advice and risk assessment across enterprise agreements, partnerships, and product policies. You will influence governance, regulatory compliance, and privacy initiatives while aligning with Interra Health's mission to improve the prescription journey.

This fully remote, US-based role offers the chance to work across DoseSpot, RxLink, pVerify, Arrive Health brands, navigating evolving

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree with a law license in good standing in at least one state.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant law practice, with healthcare/data privacy/transactional focus.
• Ability to distill complex contracts into plain English and negotiate progressive redlines.
• Experience with SaaS licenses, vendor agreements, and BAAs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert and strategic legal advice to Interra Health commercial teams (DoseSpot, RxLink, pVerify, Arrive Health).
• Support enterprise-level agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts, BAAs) and policy development.
• Assess regulatory changes and advise Executive Leadership on legal risk and strategy.
• Collaborate with external counsel and regulatory advisors on complex matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting business strategy and product planning.
