Responsibilities

• Lead convention strategy, planning, and execution for assigned sectors.
• Consult with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and optimize investments.
• Partner with marketing, communications, and sales to develop convention plans and engagement strategies.
• Manage exhibit logistics, including space, services, shipping, installation, dismantle, and on-site execution.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses for financial accountability.
• Coordinate convention-related meetings, sponsored programs, and communications.
• Collaborate with industry associations and external partners to support initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Medtronic policies, AdvaMed guidelines, and applicable regulations.
