Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, is hiring a Senior Legal Contracts Manager – North America & Global Support. The role focuses on strategic contract support for commercial activities across NA and global regions, including technology, SaaS, and development agreements.

The ideal candidate has 10–12+ years in contracts, a Bachelor’s degree, and JD preferred. This is a remote US-based role with occasional travel to Wood Dale, IL, and supportive benefits including health, 401(k), and bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred.
• Minimum 10–12+ years of progressive experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of customer and supplier commercial agreements including terms & conditions, master purchase and supply agreements, service and maintenance agreements, SaaS and software licensing agreements, NDAs and data protection agreements, and quality assurance/change control agreements.
• Serve as the primary contracts resource for Videojet’s North America business.
• Provide contract support for agreements outside North America, collaborating with internal stakeholders and legal colleagues as appropriate.
• Independently negotiate routine and moderately complex agreements, escalating only highly complex or novel issues to Legal leadership.
• Work with customer and supplier paper, applying risk assessment and practical problem-solving skills.
• Bring deep expertise in technology, SaaS contracting to support digital and AI-enabled business models.
• Identify and manage risks related to data usage, cybersecurity, IP ownership, licensing, liability, and regulatory considerations.
