Videojet Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel to lead a broad portfolio of legal counseling, strategy, risk management, and process improvements across multiple business units. The role entails practical guidance, strategic leadership, and close collaboration with senior leaders at Videojet and Veralto.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active U.S. state bar.
• Minimum of 10 years as a practicing attorney.
• In-house experience across contracts, litigation, employment, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage outside counsel in multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and open innovation from due diligence through close.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate risk into practical guidance.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% and flexibility across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior, hands-on legal counsel across commercial, regulatory, compliance, litigation, and employment matters.
• Lead strategy and execution for assigned business units, balancing risk and speed.
• Directly manage complex matters and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks across units to increase efficiency.
• Advise product, sales, procurement on contracts and compliance matters.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and open innovation initiatives from due diligence through integration.
