Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Mid Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer to support high-volume client projects in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment. The role suits mid-level generalists with solid core contracting experience, exposure to manufacturing or supply chain, and comfort handling complex agreements.

The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, distribution and procurement contracts, and guide cross-functional teams while maintaining strong attention to detail in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent with active bar membership.
• 5–14 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in-house or commercial practice.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating core commercial contracts.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, distribution, supply and procurement, and services agreements.
• Support supply chain and manufacturing-focused contracts (vendor, supplier, operations).
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance on contract terms, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy.
• Assist clients with large contracting initiatives, including standardization and remediation projects.
• Support CLM efforts, including implementation, optimization, and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
• Contribute to contract playbooks, templates, and process improvements for scalable operations.
• Support or interface with international teams or counterparties as needed.
