Job summary

Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join our Legal team and manage a broad range of commercial agreements across the organization.

You will review, negotiate, and administer customer, vendor, marketing, software subscription, partner, and other contracts, working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product, Security, IT, and People. You will help tighten contract templates, implement playbooks, and monitor renewals and obligations to support business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced qualification preferred.
• Seven+ years of progressively responsible commercial or corporate contracting experience in an enterprise SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with customer SaaS agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, marketing, professional services, software subscriptions, and renewals.
• Strong working knowledge of core contract issues including IP, confidentiality, warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability, data privacy, security, service levels, and implementation services.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements including SaaS licenses, professional services, vendor and marketing contracts.
• Manage vendor contracts and software renewal processes with owners on notice dates and approvals.
• Provide guidance on contract terms, risk, approvals, and negotiation strategy across functions.
• Negotiate customer and partner agreements balancing risk with revenue goals and operations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Security, IT, Privacy, and People on cross-functional matters.
• Maintain multiple active matters with clear status updates and next steps.
