Job summary

Acxiom seeks an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of commercial agreements, from standard contracts to multi-million-dollar solutions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across business, legal, finance, and operations to develop and revise contract documentation and templates.

You will guide negotiations, assess risks, and provide strategic recommendations throughout the contract lifecycle, including process improvements and CLM tooling

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts.
• Own and manage contracting process from initiation to execution.
• Serve as liaison among business, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate negotiations and mediate to resolve issues.
• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance processes.
• Develop negotiation strategies with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate as appropriate.
• Build understanding of business operations and decision-makers.
• Provide guidance on contracting standards and best practices.
• Educate sales on contract requirements and process.
• Develop and maintain contract procedures and templates.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition and pricing.
• Monitor client feedback and market trends for improvements.
