Qualifications

• 7+ years in Content Strategy or related discipline.
• 2+ years leading content professionals or content programs.
• Advanced knowledge of messaging architecture and audience communication.
• Experience developing messaging frameworks and governance practices.
• Experience leading complex content initiatives across functions.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business, brand, customer, and creative priorities into actionable content plans and messaging frameworks.
• Lead and mentor content strategists, copywriters, and editorial contributors.
• Establish standards for messaging, governance, and editorial quality.
• Drive scalable content models, taxonomies, and templates for reuse and consistency.
• Direct content strategy across customer journeys and omnichannel experiences.
• Coordinate across Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, Digital Experience and more to align messaging.
