Job summary

Woolpert, a global leader in architecture, engineering, and geospatial services, seeks a Senior Content Strategy Manager. The role drives enterprise content strategy, elevates executive visibility, and aligns narratives with GTM priorities to grow brand authority.

You will translate complex technical expertise into compelling thought leadership, collaborate with SMEs and regional teams, and guide content across digital, social, and PR channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in content strategy, marketing, or communications.
• Experience with enterprise content strategy and executive thought leadership.
• Strong writing and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical content into clear, compelling narratives.
• Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
• Experience developing thought leadership and value-driven content.
• SEO and digital content optimization understanding.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning: develop enterprise content strategy aligned to priorities.
• Define and operationalize core thought leadership themes across Woolpert’s markets.
• Establish content priorities, governance, and planning processes.
• Ensure alignment of content across regions, industries, and channels.
• Translate technical expertise into clear, differentiated insights.
• Partner with SMEs and leaders to shape narratives.
• Executive Communication: support executive positioning and visibility strategies.
• Develop key messages and narratives for leadership.
• Lead executive thought leadership content.
• Content Integration Across Marketing: align content with GTM strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent positioning and messaging; leverage content across channels.
• SEO & Content Performance: support SEO-driven strategy and performance tracking.
• Monitor engagement and refine strategy; improve content impact.
