Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B organizations.
• Excellent writing portfolio and background.
• Experience owning and evolving a brand.
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Comfortable and confident working with senior leaders on time-sensitive corporate communications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and prioritize work for direct reports or cross-functional content contributors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and manage the content marketing strategy to support overall marketing goals, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, business objectives, and leadership priorities.
• Manage and mentor a small content team, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
• Write, edit, and oversee high-quality, engaging content that enhances brand awareness and supports lead generation and customer retention.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales to develop go-to-market initiatives, including calendars and customer-facing collateral.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform content strategy, measure performance, and optimize content marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and storytelling across campaigns.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with SEO, paid media, email marketing, and website strategy.
