Job summary

Legrand, a leading global electrical and digital building infrastructure provider, seeks a Senior Content Marketing Strategist. You will translate marketing goals into compelling content experiences, guide messaging consistency across launches, and partner with leadership to optimize audience engagement and content performance.

Remote role preferred in Central/Eastern time zones, with up to 15% travel. The role emphasizes storytelling, NPI content, and driving awareness, engagement, and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in copywriting or content development.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing content, SEO, and site optimization; SEO certs helpful.
• Portfolio of writing samples and published work.
• Proficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and work in a team.
• Writing sample required in interview process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated content strategies that support launches and programs.
• Create cohesive messaging frameworks ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Research audiences via audits, market data, and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Write and oversee development of high‑quality, audience‑focused content.
• Plan and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) content delivery.
• Write/edit product lifecycle content: messaging, web copy, sell sheets, emails.
• Develop content strategies to improve SEO, AEO, and GEO performance.
• Identify new formats and channels to enhance content delivery and engagement.
• Measure content performance against KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to optimize audience engagement.
• Support customer journey progression from discovery to action.
• Perform other duties as required.
