Job summary

Applause 4 is seeking a Sr. Content Marketing Manager to own all content initiatives, including blogs, ebooks, infographics, ads, thought leadership presentations, and SEO/AEO strategy.

You will partner with the Director of Marketing to define and execute a comprehensive content marketing plan. The role requires 5+ years in content marketing for a US-based B2B SaaS or Home Services company, with strong writing, editing, and multi-disciplinary skills in video and design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content marketing experience in a US-based B2B SaaS or Home Services company.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with multi-disciplinary abilities in video and design.
• Ability to adapt and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges.
• Strong work ethic and discipline in a remote setting.
• Reliable remote setup with stable internet connection (50+ Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar from planning to publication.
• Plan, organize, execute, and publish content rapidly for company initiatives.
• Collaborate with the creative team on digital assets for demand generation, sales enablement, and events.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and synthesize data into content.
• Define and execute Applause’s thought leadership strategy.
• Develop audience personas and topic selection.
• Manage freelancers/agencies and deadlines as needed.
