Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Consultant (Enterprise Activation) to lead day-to-day advisory engagements across diverse client projects. You will diagnose client issues, design analytical approaches, and assign workstreams to teams to meet timelines and client outcomes.

You will mentor junior staff, demonstrate strong communication, and build consensus with stakeholders while delivering actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• 2+ years of external client-facing experience at a consulting firm.
• 2+ years of experience with strategic consulting frameworks in payer or life sciences.
• 2+ years of project management delivering to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day engagement manager across various engagement types.
• Demonstrate ability to diagnose client-facing issues and determine analyses to develop solutions.
• Determine overall analytical approach and structure for engagement and workstreams.
• Coach team members to develop approaches for their responsibilities and validate their work for accuracy.
