Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Consultant for the Platform Professional Services team to drive Next-Gen SIEM adoption across varied customers. You will partner with Falcon engineers and cross-functional teams to operationalize Next-Gen SIEM and expand use cases while shaping product enhancements based on customer feedback.

You will train customers, translate requirements into actionable deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and ongoing adoption across

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with log management/SIEM solutions in a Security Operations role or similar.
• Knowledge of logs, data onboarding, parsing, searches, dashboards, and alert reviews.
• 3+ years of cloud provider experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) with policy/config integrations.
• 3+ years IT security functions support (directory services, authentication, networking, storage, endpoint).
• Experience creating and deploying automation scripts and integrations (REST, Python, YAML).
• Experience with AI platforms for security data integration and tooling feedback.
• Experience documenting deployments and knowledge transfer to customers and teams.
• Willingness to travel (<25%).

Responsibilities

• Work independently delivering best-in-class delivery and integration services across diverse organizations.
• Act as trusted advisor to mature outcomes using Next-Gen SIEM, log management, AI-assisted investigations, and SOAR features.
• Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon Next-Gen and Falcon modules to customers.
