Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Professional Services Consultant to lead deployment, optimization, and ongoing support of the Falcon Cloud Security platform across customer environments.

You will engage with IT teams, implement CSPM and SSPM modules, and mentor the Platform Professional Services group while driving adoption of best practices in cloud security and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT deployments or customer-facing IT experience.
• Strong cloud platform expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and Linux/Windows administration.
• Experience with CSPM, container deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting support for CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security solutions.
• Edit and adapt deployment scripts using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues for enterprise customers.
• Develop and refine deployment tooling and automation.
