Job summary

CPG Beyond, Inc. is seeking a Construction Scheduler II to support project controls, scheduling, and schedule analysis across data center construction programs.

You will work with Project Managers and site staff to ensure projects stay within planned timeframes and budgets. Responsibilities include developing baseline schedules, analyzing drawings and statements of work, and implementing EVMS/Lean scheduling practices.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3-5 years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects; data center experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean Scheduling, EVMS and resource-loaded scheduling; CPM interfaces expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop resource-loaded schedules using WBS and project data.
• Monitor multiple schedules and provide guidance to operations.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses and cost/load of schedules for execution.
