Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in retail development/construction project management.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and means/methods of construction in North America.
• Preferred: PMP, CCM, LEED AP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of new stores, remodels, special projects.
• Coordinate project activities with business partners and outside vendors.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
