Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion on a fully remote basis in the United States. You will plan, allocate resources, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery using advanced digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities include coordinating dispersed teams and stakeholders, conducting virtual progress meetings, and ensuring safety and quality standards remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Ability to manage complex projects remotely.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage all phases from planning/design to execution/closeout.
• Coordinate remote project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure workflow and goals.
• Conduct regular virtual progress meetings; report on status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality control are maintained across sites via remote monitoring and audits.
• Identify and manage risks, implementing effective solutions to maintain momentum.
