We are seeking an Estimator or Restoration PM to join our Construction Advisory team, an entrepreneurial, growth-focused role working with attorneys, architects, engineers, general contractors, developers and owners. Remote work is available, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years in a construction-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a construction cost estimator.
• Proficient in estimating software and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates for commercial projects such as Residential, Multifamily, Mixed Use, Commercial Office, Industrial, Healthcare.
• Develop estimate models from conceptual or construction documents.
• Create project delivery cost models for indirect costs, general requirements, and logistics.
• Ensure documentation flow and maintain cost opinions with updated labor rates and unit costs.
• Collaborate with Attorneys, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, Developers, and Owners.
