Qualifications

• 10+ years in forensic delay analysis in construction/engineering.
• Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, or similar.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Chartered professional status or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years on-site construction experience with engineering or construction firms or claims/dispute firms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Professionalism and client-facing capabilities.
• Strong project planning technical underpinning.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Must reside in the Denver, Colorado area.

Responsibilities

• Lead/contribute to forensic delay analyses and prepare expert reports.
• Perform delay/disruption analysis and change order/cost quantification work.
• Manage client relations and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Prepare and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Promote construction advisory services within the industry.
