Qualifications

• Experience in construction and engineering, with focus on claims and cost control.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Involved in construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, and cost analysis.
• Perform damages quantification including loss of productivity and prolongation costs.
• Prepare expert reports and present results to clients.
• Demonstrate initiative, data research, and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with team and communicate results to client satisfaction.
• Experience in large construction and engineering projects.
• Lead and manage projects and provide consultancy on disputes.
