Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a remote Senior Construction Claims Analyst to evaluate and resolve construction-related claims on large infrastructure projects. The role requires strong knowledge of contracts, project management, and claim resolution, with up to 50% travel.

You will analyze delay, disruption, and other impact claims, prepare detailed reports, coordinate with legal and project teams, and help implement best practices for claims management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree/certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of construction claims analysis experience on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze construction claims including delay, disruption, and acceleration.
• Assess impact on schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare detailed claims reports with cause-effect and quantum analysis.
• Collaborate with legal, project managers, and leadership to resolve claims.
• Participate in negotiations, mediation, and arbitration as needed.
• Identify potential claims early to mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on claims analysis.
