Job summary

BRG's Global Construction practice is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead claims and disputes work, schedule analysis, and support multiple experts on complex projects. The role requires collaborating with teams, traveling for client engagements, and delivering rigorous analytic insights.

A Bachelor's in engineering or construction management, plus 10+ years field experience; MS or MBA preferred. Strong writing, leadership, and ability to work independently or remotely are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; MS/MBA is highly preferred.
• 10+ years field experience in the construction industry; experience in cost estimating, change orders, and claims is beneficial.
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules (P6, MSP).
• Excellent technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate creativity and use relevant software tools and models to develop solutions.
• Perform detailed research and analysis and summarize literature and data from multiple sources.
• Audit own and others' work for quality.
• Organize case documents and manage document libraries.
• Perform detailed schedule analysis to identify delays and impacts.
• Collaborate in a positive team environment and meet client deadlines and quality expectations.
