Responsibilities include analyzing delay and disruption claims, preparing reports, coordinating with legal and project teams, and supporting negotiations and arbitration when needed.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in construction claims analysis with large infrastructure focus.
• Strong understanding of contracts, management and dispute resolution.
• Experience with DBB, Design-Build, DB and CMAR delivery methods.

Aufgaben

• Review and analyze construction claims including delay, disruption and acceleration.
• Assess impact on schedules, budgets, and resources; prepare detailed reports.
• Liaise with legal, project managers and leadership for resolution strategies.
• Support negotiations, mediation and arbitration; provide testimony if needed.
• Identify potential claims early and advise mitigation strategies.
• Develop best practices for claims management across the organization.
