Job summary

BJC Medical Group seeks a Senior Compliance Coordinator to lead reviews of specialty provider documentation to ensure accuracy of services billed. You will prepare findings for providers and develop education on federal/state regulations, coding rules, and privacy guidelines for staff and providers.

Remote opportunities are available; strong Excel and publishing tool experience plus 5–10 years in compliance are preferred to advance our compliance initiatives and staff education across BJCMG

Qualifications

• Analyses provider data and billing trends for compliance.
• Educates providers on coding rules, documentation, and regulations.
• Reviews professional and facility coding for accuracy and gaps.

Responsibilities

• Researches and answers inquiries on compliance and coding.
• Interacts with providers on billing and documentation policies and regulations.
• Develops and presents educational training materials on coding practices.
