• Experience with HRIS systems and compensation software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and independently manage assigned compensation programs and processes.
• Lead defined recurring compensation processes within established program parameters.
• Review job descriptions, assign appropriate job levels, and ensure consistency in classification.
• Provide guidance to HR Partners, managers and employees on compensation matters.
• Maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and generate reports for management.
