Job summary

We Are Rosie, LLC in the United States seeks a Sr. Community Programs Manager to drive engagement and enablement for a diverse community of independent marketers.

This full-time, remote role reports to the Head of Rosie Experience and orchestrates four pillars: Community Engagement, Talent Readiness, Portal Engagement, and Talent Intelligence. The role focuses on scalable, human-centric execution, cross-functional collaboration, and automation-first processes to deliver high-quality community

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles such as Community Manager, Community Programs Manager, or Community Marketing Manager
• 2+ years of experience in cohort-based program management, learning operations, or course/bootcamp delivery, managing enrollment funnels, milestones, and learning calendar end-to-end
• Experience managing community moderator programs
• Familiarity with community and LMS platforms (Discourse and Moodle preferred)
• Experience leading a platform migration, tool transition, or other significant change management initiative within a community or member base
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: drafting Community member-facing copy, stakeholder updates, and internal documentation in a brand-aligned and authentic way
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• High emotional intelligence and a track record of building trust and relationships
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while keeping the experience consistent, thoughtful, and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Rosie Community experience (onboarding, communications cadence, and touchpoints).
• Maintain community value proposition messaging across onboarding, communications, and engagement materials; refine based on resonance.
• Ensure consistency in community voice, responsiveness, and experience across touchpoints.
• Build and run the day-to-day tiered engagement program and adjust messaging as needed.
• Monitor Rosie Community segmentation accuracy for readiness and demand alignment; implement updates regularly.
• Design and run nurture-stage communications and track talent progression through journey stages.
• Design and launch re-engagement campaigns for dormant talent; report on improvements.
• Own the community platform day-to-day; manage migrations with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Marketing to produce demand-aligned content and manage calendars.
• Own the existing support model; triage cases and route gaps to the right owner.
• Direct the cohort model day to day: set milestones, enrollment logistics, and data collection on outcomes.
• Own credentialing and signaling mechanics; ensure visibility to client-facing teams.
• Keep course content aligned with active client demand; flag mismatches for strategic review.
