Job summary

We Are Rosie is seeking a Sr. Community Programs Manager to scale a human-centered, automated community across the United States.

The role reports to the Head of Rosie Experience and focuses on Engagement, Talent Readiness, Portal Engagement, and Talent Intelligence. Responsibilities include shaping onboarding, messaging, and structured engagement programs, while partnering with Product, Data, Client Experience, and Marketing to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a role such as Community Manager, Community Programs Manager, or Community Marketing Manager.
• 2+ years in cohort-based program management or learning operations, managing enrollment funnels and calendars end-to-end.
• Experience managing community moderator programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate finished data analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and touchpoints for the Rosie Community, ensuring a high-quality journey.
• Maintain and refine community value proposition messaging across onboarding and engagement materials.
• Ensure consistency of community voice and experience across all touchpoints.
• Design and run day-to-day engagement programs and adjust messaging as needed.
• Oversee platform migrations or transitions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align content, audience, and journey contexts.
