Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Commercial Title Examiner to join an industry-leading title company. You will search public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of commercial properties and prepare title commitments, primarily for Nevada files.

This role involves handling high-liability files typically valued at $10M+ and requires independent work to determine chain of title. Remote work is offered, preferably in-state expertise for title examination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Title Examiner.
• Extensive experience examining in Nevada.
• Experience searching titles based on legal descriptions and chaining grantor/grantee.
• Ability to produce a fully examined title report with curative requirements pertaining to complex issues such as probate, trust, judicial foreclosure, etc.
• Experience utilizing title software and plotting metes and bounds (e.g. Net Deed Plotter).

Responsibilities

• Search public records and examine titles to determine status of commercial properties and establish chain of title.
• Prepare and summarize title reports and title commitments, highlighting curative requirements.
• Handle high-liability commercial files typically $10M+ in value with independent work and accuracy.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex title issues in Nevada.
