Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Commercial Title Examiner to join an industry-leading title company. The successful candidate will be responsible for searching public records and examining titles to determine the legal condition of residential properties, incorporating this information into a title commitment. They will copy or summarize recorded documents that affect the condition of the title to the property. Working independently, the examiner will assess titles to real property, ranging in complexity, to determine status and establish the chain of title. This fully remote role ideally requires the candidate to reside in the state of their expertise.

Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in commercial title examining in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Florida, Utah, Texas, or Ohio for commercial. NV, AZ for special projects.
